On the basis of extensive knowledge & experience within the management team, we have developed a bespoke secure system with capacity to process considerable volumes of collection accounts.
Third party collection is now established as an essential part of credit control procedures however effective a company’s own methods may be. Our service provides a natural & logical extension to our client’s credit control department, when each month they reach the end of their own internal collection cycle.
All collection activities are on the strict basis of ‘no collection no fee’ with secure access our system providing ’live’
24 hour on screen information allowing clients to view the current status of all matters being processed and of course values recovered.
ICC currently holds licences for Consumer Credit and Data Protection, and a Credit Services Association membership. ISO is a quality standard which we are currently working towards and plan to achieve next year.
